Im trying to take a screenshot, but I dont know how to open the ini file.

Open up notepad (or any text editor) and go to File->Open and browse to the location of morrowind.ini.

Set:

Screen Shot Enable=1

If that doesn't work, specifically let us know what you're having trouble with.
