I thought If I enchanted weapon to fortify attribute myself, It will be more good ! So I tried to make a weapon to fortify attribute on myself
But Construction Set can't enchant weapon fortify attribute effect on myself. How do I enchant weapon to fortify attribute on self ?

You cannot. It's hard-coded.

You can, however, script the weapon to add abilities to the player that fortify skills or attributes when it is equipped.

Yeah, I miss being able to do a fortify skill CE enchantment on my weapons. Wonder if someone could write an OBSE plugin for that?
