I managed to do that in original Dishonored game by holding F and immediately pressing 2 to equip blink with my sword sheathed.I did this because I had the bone charm that grants you speed with your weapons sheathed.This should make 100% sense as you should be able to move faster with only blink in hand but weapons sheathed (because equipping blink is practically same as being bare handed and unarmed.However I can't do that in Knife Of Dunwall or Brigmore Witches.Pls help.. It should be possible becaus you can move even faster with only blink equipped.Right?
