How do I erase grass? : IV

I'm making a house mod, but I don't exactly know how to erase the grass in the area I want to place my building.

Open the Landscape Editor (H) and select the grass which has the tag =nograss= in it's name. Some Dirt and other terrain tiles also don't produce grass. Once you select it you can "paint" the ground using Mouse 2 (right click).
