How Do You Do Those Cool Finishers On Enemies? I Know A Friend Who Does Them Almost All The Time, As I Barely Ever Do Them... What Am I Not Doing!?

Well some require the enemy being at enough HP. Some require a power attack I think... As far as I can tell... It's random... Also, why capitalize the first letter of every word?
