I want to learn how to mod Fallout New Vegas, and while I see there are lots and lots of tutorial videos on how to do it, they don't do me a flip of good. I cannot learn without a teacher, I learn by questioning and critique and by doing under instruction. Nexus forums weren't helpful about this at all. There is nothing more in this world I loathe than trying to figure things out for myself. It's a giant waste of time, and a thorough humiliation to boot.

Where can I find a teacher to teach me the ropes? I need some kind of in home tutoring on the subject, but it's so specialized I don't have any idea where to start. Craigslist maybe? Then under what category? And then what would be fee that I could budget for?

It's clear to me by now that barring a teacher, modding is beyond me. Thank you for your time.
