It is pretty simple, and shouldn't take too long to do. If you can't aim with your right stick, here is how to fix it. Fast travel to Goodsprings, and go to Doc Mitchell's House. Ask him to heal you up, and pay him the caps. The screen will go black and then you will be able to aim again. Your welcome.

And when you get to doc mitchells, you realize that he is on the right side of you, and you cant talk to him...
