How Do I Fly? : V

Ok so I was vampire before I got dawnguard, I read you could fly in DawnGuard but I just started playing it...how do I fly? It said you could turn into a winged beast or something like that. Can someone please help me?

Find the girl, talk to her "father" let him BITE you if you don't want spoilers just do the questline and it happens naturally. If you want spoilers the girl is
