What is the cheat command for instant missle/weapon loading?

Drop your Missile Launcher onto the ground, open up the console and select your Missile Launcher. Then type in "attachmod 001cc2ac" and hit enter. That should give the Never-Ending legendary modifier to your Missile Launcher, which means you'll never have to reload it. Is that what you're asking?
