I need advice on how to be able to get Jericho right after I get out of the vault. Keep in mind I always play on VERY HARD difficulty so that may be a factor in some ways. How exactly can I quickly lose my karma so it's in the evil range? Getting the 1,000 bottle caps isn't that hard for me in the first few levels as I do the pipe fixing quest and kill Mr. Bruke for the +75 xp so I am level 4 before the bomb disarm quest which means I can have my speech high enough to get the 500 caps from the speech challenge with the Simms guy. I've tried stealing a bunch of stuff but it's annoying and tedious. Is there a quick way to get evil xp without having to do any long distance footwork or killing someone in Megaton (besides Mr Burke)? I don't want to set the bomb off as I use megaton for the quests and whatnot.

Two ways that I can think of, off the bat.
If you have a high enough sneak skill, and science skill (can't remember what it is though, sorry) you can sneak into Moriarty's back room and hack his computer. Then re-open his computer, over and over for a descent into evil. Of course if you get found out, the entire town will try to kill you. Run away from that game cell and stay away for three days. Come back and everyone will like you again.

Go visit Silver in Springdale. Kill her and loot everything, I mean everything in her house, down to the cutting board and toaster. Instant evil.

kinda funny how sitting down at a terminal a few times will make you the most hated person in the wasteland
