How to get a mod to not load with a certain master file?

I am making a mod, and stupidly I started it with the BookRotate.esm mod. I would like to release my mod, but not have to require that people have the Book Rotate mod in order to use. I would just transfer my information to a new mod using the TESAME, but when I tried to do that I got tons of errors. This is a house mod, and I edited the cell Balmora, (-3,-3), but since TESAME doesn't show the full name of the cells I am not sure as to what cells or what things I need to save in a .esd. I get that I need the interior of my house, plus the few custom items I made, but then there is about 4 landscape references, and 4 Balmora cell references. The way I made the exterior of my house was I duplicated the Extorier of one of the Hlaalu Manor, and I found a reference in TESAME that mentioned Hlaalu manor, but I'm not sure I need that one or not. I accidently screwed up when I duplicated it, by dragging the Hlaalu Manor doors to a new location instead of the new ones, and I fixed them by using the x,y,z values, and I think that reference is about that.

you can open it with http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=other.detail&id=52 and delete the reference from the header
