The intro Movie starts and then I am on a carrige with bound hands. Eventually it stops and then i sit there with bound hands. What should i do? Can i skip the intro Movie?

Get up and off of the carriage.

the game is suppose to force your character out of the wagon.

And there is no way to skip the into unless your on the PC.

Is this your first time playing the game or do you mean that you have a bug stopping you from proceed? If it's the first, just rise and get off the carriage. If it's the later, I don't know.

You can't skip the intro in the vanilla game. But if you're on PC, there's a couple of mods that let you start somewhere else and skip Helgen alltogether. Recommended that you play through it at least once.

If your trying to say your game is glitched then since your not far in just restart your game.

Sounds like a scratched disk, if you're on the console, I had this happened on my Ps3, a single, rather shallow scratch made this happened for me.

Its on PC and its the first time I play it. Have restarted it several times.

Are you using any mods?

Right click on skyrim in your steam library, properties, local tab and then verify integrity of game cache.

That might fix it sometimes steam messes some files up or forgets to download them well installing games.

If this is your first time playing, then be patient and you have to go through the intro. When you get off the carriage and start your first walk, the guard will talk to you and you will begin to create your character when it asks you who you are. You will need a lot of patience at the beginning...everything is tutorial.
