First of all, this isn't the place to ask.
Second, just google an image and save it in your picture folder.
Third, go to profile settings and click the image you saved on the picture folder.
Done.

Wrong board. But do this,go to your profile, look to the right and click "edit my profile", and the fifth option down is "change avatar", click that and upload.
