I wish there was a way to get them in-game...even though I'm on PC and can just conjure them via console commands, that just feels cheap...

Well, it's not like the robes are armored or powerful or anything... it's just cosmetic. Don't feel cheap... if you want to wear Psijic robes, console them in.

If you want to make it seem like you earned them, don't console them in until you're archmage of Winterhold or something. Say they were a gift from the Order you happened to find in a closet.
