How to get to Red Rock Canyon : Fallout: New Vegas

Im at the part where Yes Man wants me to investigate all these factions and the last one I ave to do is the Great Khans, only problem is when I attempt to go there, I get stuck somewhere and get [censored] by those Cazadors things. Any easy ways to get to RRC?

i have not made it out there, and i am assuming here, but,

start from jacobstown. there is a path up there that goes through the mountains that is otherwise inaccessible from the lowland to the east

thats what my brother told me, my only problem was that I dont even know where Jacob'stown is lol

head towards the very northwest of the map. you will come across a road that heads west up into the mountains.
