How to get 16:9 resolutions?

Post » Mon Apr 04, 2011 12:50 pm

I recently got Morrowind off of Steam, and I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the game's resolution. I know MGE allows for this, but it honestly looks way to complicated for what I want. I simply want to play the game at a 1920:1080 resolution. I don't care for adding other graphic enhancements to the game. Is there a simple way to do this?

I'd still recommend MGE, it isn't as complicated as you'd think.
But if you don't care about anything else, there's a nice guide http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/wiki/index.php/The_Elder_Scrolls_III:_Morrowind.

You're going to want MGE anyway to alter you're FOV so stuff doesn't look so stretched out.

I don't use MGE. I use http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Utilities.Detail&id=64 Simple and quick. Any stretching is not noticeable to my eye.
