How do i get rid of this outline ? : V

After the latest update i have got this outline back, somehow i did manage to get rid of it in Skyrim v1.8...but now i can't manage to get rid of it for some weird reason??

Are you on PC?

EDIT: *check's sig...*

Obvious answer...

Check your options file when you first open Skyrim and check to see if any of your graphics options were changed from the way you originally had them.

For example, if your antialiasing is set to 8 samples, try switching to 4 samples instead.
