How to get screenshots from different angles? : V

I have seen some pretty epic screenshots that look like the player froze time and then positioned the camera where they wanted... How is this accomplished? Can you freeze time with a console command or something?

EDIT: Its that console command.

tfc to toggle flying camera mode.
tm 0/1 to toggle menu display (0 = off, 1 = on)
Then, just position the camera, pause the game, take the screenshot, and voila.

Not sure about freezing time but: Type "tfc" and press enter to detach the camera from the player. Type "tm" to hide the menu.
