So i finished almost every Faction except Minutemen. At the Moment i have over 12 or more Settlements with enough Water, Food, Beds and Defences. I made already the Castle Quests + Ronnie Shaw Quest. But i really dont know what to do to get this Quest. Iam just getting the endless Quests from Preston and i cant see them anymore.

Can someone help me?

From what I read, you need a certain amount of arty emplacements, perhaps 5, or maybe it was 5 different settlements with arty. And you may need to have a certain amount of settlers too. Try just expanding to have more settlements, and build arty in each one, that might help.

Not sure where you are, but the Minutemen faction will be about rebuilding and settlements until you are actually kicked out of the Institute.

Had the same trouble getting forward in the quest line .

But when i made the Institute my enemy the Minuteman quests went forward again. Got defend Castle and then the final The Nuclear Option.

And you need atleast 8 settlement also

Yes, you need to make the Institute your enemy in order to advance the Minutemen storyline. This can be accomplished a number of ways and I encourage you to explore them. I personally got into a heated disagreement with my son and tearfully cut off all ties with him.

It was heartbreaking for both of us.
