How do I get this big doofus as a companion : Fallout 4

Paladin Danse. I scouted his recon team, I've been to bunkers n got dudes to rejoin his brotherhood and done a bunch of other side missions for his crew but I still don't have this guy as a companion. What do I have to do!!!!???

Once aboard the Prydwin, he will offer to accompany you.

And if you havent Irishmick. Your in for one hell of a cool event. Just when it happens. Be very, very careful. Dont go running happily up to people who dont know you. They might end up shooting you in the face with a bazooka (Fine, missile launcher)

Word!!!! About how many missions do you have to do with these guys to get to the Prydwin??? Cuz I saw some videos where people had him as a companion looking for the holotapes at the array....?

After your run in with Kellog, the guy that shot your spouse, when you exit the fort the Pyrdwin flies over. It's part of the main quest line.
