Okay, I'm adding a Mages and Fighters Guild to Pelagiad Expanded. I want to have quests for them too. Now how exactly does the quest & rank system work? For example, I have to be rank Conjurer to do the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Dwemer_Tube_from_Arkngthunch-Sturdumz quest. So, if I were to have quests in Pelagiad MG that advanced my rank and all that, would this interfere or cause any conflicts with other guild branches? Or would it just mean that I could do all the quests for each town guild straight through without having to wait. Like, say I made 10 quests for Pelagiad MG and I made it to Arch Mage rank from that guild alone. Would this mean that I could go to Balmora MG and do the mushroom quest (first quest) and do all the subsequent quests all the way up to the last one (Warlock's Ring quest)? I have some great ideas for quests and I want this to work. Someone let me know please.

Maybe these will help, or maybe you know all the info here already.

I don't think it would conflict. The Guilds probably use Journal checks before Rank checks, so that you cannot skip quests just because of your Rank.

I think you're right on the journal checks. I did lots of quests for Sadrith Mora and Ald ruhn and got up to Magician and then went to Ajira in Balmora to do her quests. I was using the console to cheat to speed up things. But usually where I would advance in rank, I just kept doing the next quests. And not every guild has quests for every single rank. It's spread out. Some guilds branches only have quests for ranks 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and 10 and another branch will have quests for 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8. So mine in Pelagiad could have quests for only a few ranks. I'm sure it'll work out.
