Umm yah there is i can name countless ones...JFK, Bill clinton, Washington, FDR, Truman, General McArthur, General Patton, Ronald Reagan, etc.
Pretty much this, I can understand seeing something that makes you think "Oh hey this is kind of like Fallout." Because I do that a lot especially when I'm reading post apocalyptic books, but to base a report for a letter grade which I'm assuming would be going on your permanent record; on a fictional character that inspires you when you were suppose to use a real life figure of which there are a multitude of...that's crossing the line just a little bit. :/
However if you were just suppose to do it on an inspiring character for an English class then I suppose Mr. House is alright. (We had to do one of those papers once last year and I ended up using a character from To Kill a Mockingbird. But only because it was required we picked one from a fictional story of any medium we chose.)
Anyways for me I can't listen to classic 40's Jazz without recalling for a brief moment the days of running around with my radio tuned in to GNR, same goes for the song Beyond the Sea and conjuring up fond Bioshock memories.
