Hey guys

Been using High Res Pack since it's updating a while back and the biggest performance change i've noticed is the now longer loading times where it usually only takes around 1-2 seconds to load any location now it takes anywhere from 5-10sc is this normal? I've also noticed that changing different weapons/shields while in combat drops my fps from 60 to 51-56 another indication that loading time is affected.

So how do i go about to improve loading times? a SSD? Do i need more RAM? I never bothered adding more since 4GB seemed to be sufficient as i also don't use any mods.

My specs are below if needed.
