im not understanding fully how i increase my chances to win a speech check (the yellow, orange, red text)

ive got about 7 or 8 points in charisma.

ive invested one point in ladykiller perk, which seems to be the only perk i see which affects speech.

wheres the option to affect speech check on men aswell, or everyone?

is it no longer possible to have an effective 100% speech?

Level charisma and luck, luck helps with every chance and charisma helps with speech, just cause you got 10 doesn't mean you can talk a guy into giving you a kidney you also need luck on your side

Bear in mind, you can also temporarily increase your Charisma using clothing (Sequin Dress and Militia hat for me).... unfortunately, Luck does play a role (a stat I have not bumped much since I hate relying on randomness).

being a male character means theres no way to specifically improve speech chance against men, just women?

Exactly why you level luck, so that everything is more likely when you need to rely on it also its always good to have a shotgunner have his bullets ricoshey off and hit him in the face
