I'm pretty new to Fallout in general, and I was wondering how to improve my stats in this game. Cause I've leveled a lot, but I've never been given any chance to improve any of my stats, and I really want to craft the electric saw sword

You can improve your SPECIAL by using perk points.

The very first perk on a perk list is just the SPECIAL attribute that governs it, so put a point into that to increase it by 1.

Open your Pipboy, on the bottom right it should say something like "Perks(Level Up)" or "Perk Chart." Next to that should be the appropriate key to bring it up; "Y" on xbox. And there are all your options

There is a duplication glitch on PS4 using your dog, if you're don't mind cheating slightly you can duplicate the "you're SPECIAL" book that you find in your old house. If you spend enough time duping it, then drop and pick them all up some of them will work again so you can keep upgrading your stats.

My SPECIAL abilities are all 10 lol.

and to see all the perks in the chart, just mouse down on PC. that got a lot of people confused including me!
