Ok,I have oblivion and Shivering Isles. I have the Shivering Isles Patch,2 of the unofficial patch for shivering isles and oblivion, BT mod, Elven redux map

edit: I would probably install BT (is that a UI mod?) first, then the map one. You can always go over the second again with the first, if need be, whichever you decide. You are best off, in any case, installing via BAIN (Wrye Bash's installation subsystem). Otherwise, use OBMM, or slightly better, OBMMex, if you must.
