i need the older version of the TES construction set in order to generate the lip syc file

i have the newer one already installed so when i go to install the older version the computer asks me if i want to really uninstall this program. i know how to run both versions at once but i don't know how to install the other version separate from the newer version without uninstalling the newer version first. I really do not want to do that because it took me a lot of trial and error to get my .esp files to actually save in the TES construction set while operating on vista and i don't remember what i did to get them to work.

• Uninstall the new version
  
• Install the old version
  
• Rename the executable file (to ConstructionSet1.0 for example) it should be located in the Oblivion directory
  
• Uninstall the old version (the executable file will still be in your Oblivion directory because you renamed it)
  
• Install the new version

To run the old version you go to the Oblivion directory and run ConstructionSet1.0. To run the new version you run ConstructionSet
