So I've read on the internets that you get the option of actually joining the Followers of the Apocalypse at some point - apparently Julie makes the offer and you get a fancy lab coat out of it. Trouble is, I just can't seem to make it happen. I'm idolized by them, I've done all their quests that I know of - High Times, the supply deal with the Garretts, bugging House's network, and even that quest about getting them to let that Great Khan kid join - and still, I'm getting no new dialogue with Julie. Am I missing something here?

Same here. I don't know if people are lying about being able to actually join them, if I'm doing something wrong (though I am loved by the Followers and have done quite a bit for them), or if this is a bug.

Im wondering the same thing. Im in the same boat as the OP.

Okay guys, I figured it out with a bit of help from the wiki - what you have to do is to keep donating medical supplies to Julie until she says she doesn't need any more. Then, if you offer to donate again, she will invite you to join the Followers. I just tried it out (on PC) and it worked. If you join, you get the Lab Coat, and a key to the Followers safe house.
