So i killed benny and got the chip so now im at the lucky 38 and i have to kill house. how do i do it? i see a terminal that opens the ante chmber or whatever but other than that im lost.

Ok I don't know exactly where you are, but you're on the right track. You have to use two sets of terminals to get to where House is. Been a long time since I did it, so I'm a little fuzzy. The second terminal allows access to an elevator, which you use to get to house. There is a third terminal, which you can use to lift House up. Then you have a few options on there, or you can just run up and hit him with something.

Open the Ante chamber. You should be able to take it from there, though there's fighting once you open it.
