How to limit fps ? : V

Hi guys, just to tell you that i'm french and don't speak very good english.

So, I want to know how to limit fps on Skyrim, with which logiciel and how.
I 've searched on google but din't find something.

If you can answer me in french it would be perfect^^

Try this http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/34 and set the game to various rates between 30 and 58 until you think it's smooth. You don't want to go any faster than what looks smooth to you so the inevitable drops are not as noticeable. Most think 37 is good for this game. You don't want to go over 56 to 58 as things can start to get weird.

I think you need SKSE (Skyrim Script Extender) to use this. There is a link to that in the readme.
