I read in the wiki that, if I do How Little We Know before I speak to Liza O'Malley (NCR Embassy receptionist) I won't be able to finish For The Republic, Part 2.

So, I want a little clearance: what exactly does the wiki mean with "speak with Liza"? Speaking with her at this point (haven't even seen Nellis yet) doesn't reveal anything of interest.

I want to support NCR. So I don't want to miss out on For The Republic.

If anyone here knows that a "fix" for this bug exists, please let me know. I have Mission Mojave v8a intsalled by the way.
