I went ahead and bought the game via ESO and wondering how long it takes before I can access the normal forums?

They don't exist yet. You can access them when everyone else can.
This is unfortunate. I was hoping to learn about the game including specific class info, crafting, guild info, etc. So what do we do? Just read every general discussion post until you find something relevent?
ZOS has said they will have the regular forums up in time for early access.
Surely forum content is provided by us? Why keep the full forums offline when I'm pretty sure there will be people who will have spreadsheets full of data ready to share with us? It's always nice to have a resource ready to dip into upon release of a game.
Unless....
ZOS has a release version of the game that is significantly different from what we have seen to date....!

third party sites you can use to get information.
Thanks for that info. I guess I misunderstood. I had been reading a post where someone mentioned that they are keeping the riff raff out of the forums by requiring people to buy the game. I assume that meant that the forums were already up and information was being shared. I will check out the 3 links above. Thanks.
LOL, there will be 'riff raff' who buy the game and therefore get access to the game. I consider myself riff-raff, but I guess you mean't casual trolls not invested in the game or community.
Don't doubt it, there will be trolls.
Yep about 11 days before this place goes boom. Wish i could be the one thats hits the detonator.
This forum is the official, but it's temporary, once the game starts on Early Access, this forums will shut down and the official forums will open, which will be for subscribers only, meaning you can read and search, but not post unless you have a paid game account.
