How long for a patch?

I hope this doesn't turn into another Home Front that game scarred me deep.

Seems they have patched the issue on Homefront without an official game announcement or update since last night I played with a group of 7 of my american friends and we all managed to connect and im in yellow bar on a west coast server and getting 30 kills a match they are doing something right.

I'd say another week and things will begin to straighten out. But I haven't seen an announcement yet. I'm more sad about the duke nukem delay :/

I will be more patient for Crysis but as far as Homefront goes I got a full refund, the reason it might be working for you is because thousands of people left or traded it for Crysis ;)
I am happy with Crysis and even if they dont patch it i will continue to play its an amazing game in my op. and will continue to play Thank You Crytek for making a kick ass game.

Just to let people know, a patch doesn't take a "day" to implement. It takes time, by the time they make a patch, they have to send it to Microsoft and/or Sony for certification and that could take a week or so. I wouldn't expect anything for the next while.

Well if they are Treyarch, pretty soon. If they are IW, good luck.

Or if they're Guerrilla Games, the patch will make it worse, seriously, whats with the horrible fps experience online lately with every game release?

1. Not enough gamers are complaining about how **** the frame rate is in many games
2. Not enough gamers are complaining about how **** the connectivity is in most MP games
3. Not enough game developers care about gamers or read what they say on their forums
4. Not enough game developers actually know what they are doing [how many games were badly influenced by CoD or Halo?]
5. Not enough game developers have enough time to do a decent job
6. Not enough game developers care about sharp graphics and smooth frame rate
7. Not enough gamers are actually participating on game forums and complain about what needs to be fixed
8. Not enough competent game developers have the freedom to do their job right...
