How long do the radiant quests last? : Fallout 4

So once you finish the main quest do the radiant quests stop, or do they just keep going on? Or can you only do those for the faction you side with once you finish the main story line?

So if I side with the BOS do they keep giving me those find/clear quests after the main story is finished?
