How long typically does it take a mod to get put in BOSS?

Just curious how long it takes for a mod to get added into BOSS?

Yesterday I found a little mod on Nexus called Falskaar Wildlife Addon , supposed to just add more wildlife spawns to Falskaar, and not have any conflicts with Immersive Creatures, but when I went to add it and used BOSS, it said it wasn't on the list, I did fill out the ticket thing that pops up in BOSS to tell the moderators of BOSS . I'd prefer to just wait till BOSS recognizes it, before I use it, before I try to play around with where to insert it , into my load order.

The masterlist is currently frozen due to the transition to V3. In normal cases, it varies. It's based upon how large the backlog is and who sees the request.

A mod not being on the mod masterlist is not necessarily a bad thing. Just put the mod in your load order where the author tells you to. You can use your favorite mod manager to position it correctly. I had three or four mods that BOSS didn't recognize for months, so I just made mental note of where they were supposed to be and then put them back in the right place each time I ran BOSS. Eventually the team caught up with the backlog and it has been smoother than a baby's backside ever since.

Just to add to what MarStinson said, when I run into a mod or several that aren't in the master list, I run the "Boss GUI" executable, then use the built-in userlist manager to add a mod. This is handy, because you can look for mods by category (or search) on the right side of the window, and make a reasonable guess about where the mod should be placed. Eventually, when the master list is updated, you'll get a message and your personal change will be unchecked.

The reason I suggest this is because it makes it easier to redo your mod list with the unrecognized mod(s). You make the change once, and BOSS continues to sort it forever, or until the master list gets updated.
