So, how long until TES isn't available on PC?

Will the day come Beth don't make TES for PC? I think it may happen.

I'm predicting now that TES VI will be Xbox exclusive.

I think that's part of the deal Beth has with Microsoft. I don't believe that the huge sums of money that must've traded hands to guarantee that Beth has kept its head firmly lodged up Microsoft's butt were only to do with this game. Beth has been kicking PC gamers in the teeth throughout the development of this game, and there's just no way that they'd do that so consistently and so unapologetically unless they neither need nor want the PC market at all.

Microsoft has a new console coming out and they're probably in the market for an action/RPG flagship series, and I think TES will be that series. All they need to do is get the modding thing squared away and PC gamers can kiss this series goodbye.

Of course not. The elder scrolls started on the PC.

I am a console gamer, and I doubt they'd leave PCs. I'm sure some PC fans must actually buy the game. But the fact is, if you had a group of people who acted a certain way, and said certain way was elitist, rude, and whiny, would you really miss them if you alienated them beyond repair? And the sad thing is, a lot of my friends are lifelong PC gamers and they'd be shafted if Bethesda got sick enough of this small yet loud sector of the fanbase to do something drastic.

First of all your wrong, Microsoft made it's fortune on Windows(a program on PC) so why would they make TES exclusive to Xbox? if anything Microsoft will just make a deal where TES can't be sold on the PS3. And i highly doubt Bethesda will ever agree to such a deal, they don't need the money like other game companies that make those deals do, and what's the deal that Bethesda has with Microsoft? That us Xbox fans get DLC a month early? It's not some new thing they just started doing, for example Fallout 3 on the Xbox got DLC early to, that must mean fallout 4 is only going to be on Xbox from now on.

TES won't stop being on PC anytime soon. For two reasons.

1) Since Morrowind, Bethesda always tried to release their games for as many platforms as possible. Morrowind wasn't released for PS2 and GC only because they were too weak, and Oblivion was not released for the Wii because it was too weak. And Fallout 3 and Skyrim was and will be released for PC/360/PS3 at the same time. I predict we will see Skyrim being released for the Wii U eventually, just like how we saw Oblivion being released for the PS3 a year after the PC/360 release, because the Wii U will be powerful enough for Skyrim.

2) They have to make a PC version, it's what the majority of their developers work with when they build and test their content from the Construction Set (which is only available for PC). To develop a PC version and not release it, would be a waste of money.

That said, the Microsoft timed exclusive DLC deals they had with both Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas must have turned out to be rather well as they continue with it with Skyrim. But those are timed exclusives, and therefore, frankly, rather irrelevant.
