TES won't stop being on PC anytime soon. For two reasons.
1) Since Morrowind, Bethesda always tried to release their games for as many platforms as possible. Morrowind wasn't released for PS2 and GC only because they were too weak, and Oblivion was not released for the Wii because it was too weak. And Fallout 3 and Skyrim was and will be released for PC/360/PS3 at the same time. I predict we will see Skyrim being released for the Wii U eventually, just like how we saw Oblivion being released for the PS3 a year after the PC/360 release, because the Wii U will be powerful enough for Skyrim.
2) They have to make a PC version, it's what the majority of their developers work with when they build and test their content from the Construction Set (which is only available for PC). To develop a PC version and not release it, would be a waste of money.
That said, the Microsoft timed exclusive DLC deals they had with both Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas must have turned out to be rather well as they continue with it with Skyrim. But those are timed exclusives, and therefore, frankly, rather irrelevant.
