no gaming saite has even addressed it yet. it will not matter much if the individual chapters are replayable ala RE5

If I remember correctly there were ~30 or so chapters in the mian menu mission select.

It will last a good 8-9 hours at the LEAST.

Modern Whorefare 2 = 4 hours
Bad Company 2 = 6 hours
Crysis = 8 hours
Bioshock = 12 hours

I'd say it's about 7 to 9 hours long.

For a modern shooter? That is actually really decent (longer then some SP-only games). And it will have at least decent multiplayer too.

I had the leak and there were a crapload of missions in the menu (30+) but i only played two of them. Yeah I can see it lasting over 10 hours.

I heard from people who pirated the game that it was about 12 hours.

i didnt keep track of it when i played the leak but its pretty long. I got to a point where I thought the game would be over and I'd be happy with that length and it still went on for several more missions.

It was a pretty good length. Definetly longer than the modern warfare games. It felt like it was getting close to 10 hours, but I wasn't keeping track AND there were a couple of missions where a glitch kept me from completing it, I retried several times, and in the end just went back to mission select and skipped to the next one.

And there were 19 missions.

It will have about 1o hours plus it has a very high replay value. One time you can sneak on rooftop or sewers, another time guns blazin on street level. I think Crysis 2 have done a genious thing with those action bubbles, it is not just corridors, and i hope more games adapt a similar thing in the future.

Nathan did say himself that the SP campaign will be longer than your average FPS. So yeah, I can expect this to be a pretty good SP campaign. :)
