How long do you think you will continue playing SKYRIM?

Post » Thu Jun 12, 2014 9:42 pm

Some games are Classics - others are just not our cup of tea. I know I have played some games that I just can't anymore because they are no longer supported - and I wish I could still play them...

Where do you personally see SKYRIM?

I'm still playing Daggerfall and Morrowind and Oblivion. I'll be playing Skyrim for as long as I have a computer to play it on.

Bought Skyrim Christmas Day 2011 and sold it back a few months ago in March. I had the PS3 version, and i just finally got burnt out to the point of no return so I sold it for future purposes.

So I don't know which option applies to me

I have become bored with Skyrim twice since it was released, and am somewhat burned out from waiting on a few additions to become avaiable, TESO is distracting a few Mod Makers  I replay some Games I liked for Nostalgia, like Starcraft, and Arcanum. I venture into the Capitol Wastes or the Mojave, and then return to Oblivion or Morrowind. I will be playing Skyrim on and off until Fallout IV or TES VI are released.

I have not mentally prepared Myself for the loss of Shouts in the next TES release.

Played it regularly for over 2 years from release but havn't touched it for over 3 months now. I feel that I've done everything in the game and there are no new challenges left, so I may not touch it again as I'm playing other games from different developers now which I'm enjoying.

Once in a blue moon when I want to relive the music or atmosphere. When the next TES is out Skyrim is done, put it in the box and then a quick youtube search is all I need to remember something specific.

I've been playing Skyrim since release, I still play Oblivion... I play RDR and pick up Fable and Fable II once in a while. I still find new places to explore, but unless the character has a reason, I haven't went into them... same with some of the quests. Same with Oblivion.

I'd have prefered an Other option, because I honestly don't know.

Whenever I finish all these modded locations and other content :P *feels like it could take forever*

Untill a new Elder Scrolls gets released i guess, since Skyrim is pretty much the only videogame i still play.

I am taking a little break from Skyrim right now but I will always keep it in my game library, and play it as long as I am able. :)

At least until the next good singleplayer TES game is released.

Got burnt out on it a while ago. Haven't touched it (PC and Xbox versions) in 6 months at least.

I still play Morrowind and Oblivion from time to time, though Skyrim is hardly what I play most these days. I'll probably play it on and off for a long time.

I will finish Skyrim when all mod-added content and vanilla content will be finished in my game :)

Could take a few decades, especially with other TES titles in mind. :P

Already stopped playing, I don't remember the last time I played. Too much gaming backlog and too little time to play. The next TES will totally take over but until then...

Until February 24 2015 :whistling: No, I'll probably play it from time to time afterwards. I'm waiting on the Morrowind and Oblivion conversion mods and those are still far away from being done. I'll keep the game installed for a long time to come.

This is me, too. I play the other games more than Skyrim, but I'll still play it from time to time.

I've been playing it obsessively since I got my new puter about 3 months back but now I've started to switch between this, yet another Fallout: NV playthrough (although this time with maxed out graphics settings), Dragon Age: Origins and The Witcher 2.
