How to make a mod that restricts the player to wear either robe only or armour only?

The origin style, that allows a warrior to dress in an expensive fancy robe, dealing with clif racers, and keep the robe neat and clean makes me very annoyed.

No, not even a magic robe can do this.

Or is there already a mod exsting that does the work?
