Morrowind runs quite slow with MGE with no fog and I want it to use multiple threads of my cores, is it possible?

No, afaik.

The engine is around 12 years old, Probably even not the idea of a multicore CPU was born at this time. For MW and other older games you need a high per core speed instead of 4 or 6 cores.

My I7 2600K is overclocked to 4.5 Ghz per core which made a giant difference for Morrowind Performance

Actually, Morrowind Graphics Extender does have a limited ability to get cells to be loaded in a seperate thread: Open mgeGUI, go to the "Morrowind.ini" tab, select "Thread loading" (actually, since I believe that particular tab just modifies settings in the Morrowind.ini that the game engine already supports, that's probably a built-in feature of morrowind.exe).

That said, that's not the same as a full multi-threaded game engine, but it may help a bit.
