Ok well i was wondering how would i make a whole new spell cuz i want to make one that will freeze a npc in place for like 10 seconds. is that even possible ?

Can't you just use the 'Paralyse' effect?

If you want it to be just a "freezing" spell, the best way'd be to use the Vanilla Paralyze, as Hashmi already stated. But if you want to add some wibble-wobble doodle-hoodle effects etc. to it, you can make a script and use "setav paralysis 1". Then just add some effects, or whatever you want to add, and you're done.

yea lol uhm im dumb forgot about that spell paralyze and yea i want to learn how to do scripts like that but i dont kno where to start with scripts never done one before
