As the topic title says. How do I make spells increase in duration as you level. For example: I want berserker rage to increase it's duration by 5 seconds every 10 levels. At level 1 it lasts 60 seconds and at level 10 it lasts 65 seconds.

I've got the power and conditions set. But every time I gain 10 levels. berserker rage stays at 60 seconds.

Simple create a perk and then one of the abilities that the perk offers put in Mod Spell Duration. Then on the spell conditions tab under the perk, put in EP_Magic Has keyword or something like that and add the keyword for the spell you want to last longer.
