Now that good old" junk" isn't junk like the past games, what will be the best way to make bottlecaps? Frankly,I will be saving most of my junk for weapons, armor, and my settlements.

Take those extra weapons you've scavenged, make them better, and sell them. Once you craft better weapons the pricing on said weapons go up.
Homesteading brings wealthy merchants who wish for stability.
Upgrading energy weapons from pistol variants to rifle/sniper variants will likely make sure you are set for life not too long into the game Im sure.
never had a cap problem before so i'll just sell what i do not need and sell crafted stuff when i can
Fall in love, get married and then pimp your spouse.
i think setelments will be the best way if u dont want to sell items anymore
Teh junk is bigger than ever and being a paid dandy should be an option.
Yeah, pretty sure I'll still sell plenty of junk. Just need to learn which ones are best to keep for parts, and which ones are better to sell. ("These four things will give me Screws. That one is common and expensive, that one is common and cheap, those two are rare. Hmmm.....")
Erm... you shoot people in the face, take their stuff and sell it?
Yes, you get most of your money selling expensive weapons explosives and ammo anyway, secondary is expensive junk.
the whole scaveging and crafting is optional, you can still hoard up in 300 + fision batteries and just sell them for $$$. If that doesnt work there are still scavenged weapons and armor, so plenty of stuff to pawn i guess.
I'm going to get my hands dirty in the real estate market. Looks like lots of prime locations can be renovated, and I'll charge wastelanders for room and board.
I don't know, I just hope currency is very hard to come by.
For me, the harder currency is to get in Fallout, the better. New Vegas imo was too easy, but that's also because I'm a bit of a card player in real life. Just deepens the immersion for me that this is still a post-apocalyptic survival RPG.
You have to drink as many Nuka-Colas as you can in 1 minute to win the $10,000 cash prize! But mostly scavenging.
Somewhere between the time when the sum of my wealth is one bent tin can and when I have enough raw materials to rebuild the entire continent and fully equip 14 infantry divisions, I am going to start selling things.
sell ammo you don't need (don't need 5mm ,when you don't have a minigun)
I think Todd said something along the lines of "You can run Brahmin Caravans" so I would assume that is one way to make caps, or transfer resources.
Just like the previous games, you have to scavenge a lot. There are probably going to be duplicate or useless parts you'll find to sell to caravans and traders. You can also kill plenty of raiders to make caps. I have been betting this suspicion though that if you make a settlement and you have wastelanders living there, they might have a town-pool sort of thing where you can have scavengers go out and find things to better the town. That's just a theory though.
Wonder if it will play into this..
On the globe scenario. I wonder if the materials the "Junk" gets turned into will be more caps than the original object. Like instead of selling the Globe for 5/10 caps the screws might be worth 15/20 caps. My opinion though. could be way different. :/
Drink bottled beer, collect caps. Its pretty simple.
