I tried rolling a energy weapons user, but I made it to REPCONN before I ran out of ammo. Laser Pistols are useless, while Plasma weapons burned through my Microfusion Cells and Energy Cells. How do I make them last?

Recycling helps a lot, as does using the recharger weapons. Also, flamer fuel is rather abundant so use those incinerators.

you can run past those nastys on the way to vagas. don't have to fight if you don't want to. once you have gotten several merchants that will sell energy ammo, than it will be easy to replace it.

also sometimes you can in good springs buy recharger rifle. needs no ammo. not much power but useful against the weaker nastys.
