How to make Vampire Cattle

Post » Tue Sep 22, 2015 12:46 pm

Hi there

I was wondering if there was a cheat to allow me to make somebody (Hafjorg in Riften) non hostile - baisically to allow to feed off her at night and never accuse me of trespassing? - a 'vampire cattle-like' thing.

If you're on PC, there's at least two ways to do this through console commands (type the ~ key to the left of the "1" key to open and close the console). The first is to open the console, click the NPC, and type "addfac 0005A1A4 1" (without quotes).

The second is tricker, as you'll need the NPC's Ref ID code. In the console, type "help " and look for an entry marked NPC_ . The 8-digit code it gives you is the Ref ID. Then you can type "setrelationshiprank #", where # can be anything from 1-4. So, for Hafjorg, you could use "setrelationshiprank 00019DFC 3" to make her an ally and see if that works.

Did you mean player.setrelationshiprank? And I assume you could click her and use 00000014 as the refid (that's the player) to do it from the other end.

Yep, forgot about that. Last time I played with those commands, I did both for good measure - no idea if it's strictly necessary though.

I think player.setrelationshiprank uses the NPC's ref ID. At least, that's how I did it, and it seemed to work well enough. I always figured the "player" prefix covered that side of the assignment.

Other option is to use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9717 mod which has that function available.
