2 million+ I started a weapons repair business, with the Dead Money vending machine's endless weapon repair kits. I go to all the places who sell crappy condition weapons, repair them, sell them back, and make triple the profit on them.

I've got Dead Money. Sleep three days, collect free chips, buy stimpacks with them, and sell product. Over 600k off that and using the repair kits from Dead Money to repair damaged equip and resell to merchants.

I'm poor. Have something like 20k caps on my Mr. House character. The rest all have under 5k. Really need to start selling stuff instead of losing it (I've lost so much armour and weapons it's ridiculous. I swear to god my companions take them and sell them for booze money. Bastards <_<)

I always try to stay between 10,000 and 20,000. If I drop below 10,000, then I go back into prospecting mode.

I don't abuse Weapon Repair Kits from Dead Money and I don't farm weapons just to sell them (and later complain that my economy got broken because of what I did).

I also buy a LOT of whiskey and a LOT of ammo.

Speaking of whiskey, I wish it wasn't only 11:39 AM. I could really use a shot or ten.

I've been buying lots of ammo for my companions who think ammo grows on trees so I'm around 10,000 or so. It goes up and down. I'd like to go gamble again but that bug that wipes out the companion's weapon inventory got me this game so I'm afraid to do it. I think that's just at the Gomorrah though so I'll have to empty their weapon inventories and go gamble.
