I've played all of them including the demo for Fallout which was what first attracted me to the series way back when it started so to speak.

I've played FO1 & FO2, and loved them. My brother played Tactics, and he liked that a lot, but I never played it, maybe never will.

Sometimes, when I'm riding in my car and running low on gas, I imagine that there might be a few energy cells in my pack. Other times in traffic, I just imagine there's a flamethrower in there. That's mostly during rush hour. :flamethrower: :woot:

Fallout 2 and Tactics :). For some reason I never got around to play Fallout 1 even though I'm almost positive I bought both 1 and 2 at the same time around eight years ago - and Fallout 2 was, and still is, one of the best RPGs I've ever played, only second to Planescape: Torment.

I rather loved Fallout Tactics as well - as a squad based combat game of course, not an RPG - even though it's my understanding that many Fallout fans hated it?

i had never heard of fallout until i heard bethesda acquired the rights to it
i recently downloaded the first two games for free on teh interwebs, and they are pretty good
kinda hard, but extremely addicting (i played 2 for like 20 hours in one weekend)
however i am now completely bored of them both

I thought Tactics was actually a pretty good game. It took me awhile to overlook how I was expecting to have some actual roleplaying elements in it, but if I took it as a squad-based game, it played pretty well. I'd been waiting for the ability to directly control my team-mates ever since Ian blew me apart with a mis-judged SMG burst in Fallout 1... :)

Brotherhood of Steel, however...

I got Fallout 2 on CD years ago, for X-Mas the year it came out.

Thanks to GOG, I finally got my hands on Fallout 1 -- and been playing that, of course.

I'm ready for Fallout 3 tomorrow -- bring it!

I played 1 ages ago, but got a lil' frustrated when I got stuck in the Glow with no RadAway and no other saves =/. I also played 2, but just got bored of it in no time at all. I recently picked up 1 again in preparation, and thoroughly enjoyed becoming as GOD.

First time for me, but something that looks like a cross between Oblivion and Stalker* should be a laugh.

* yeah, I know that may well peeve all the established Fallout fans. :P

I must admit I've never had the fortune of playing any Fallout games. I had never even heard of them until I joined these forums a few years ago.

But most of what Bethesda puts out there is worth playing, so I'm definitely going to give Fallout 3 a try. Although I know almost nothing about the Fallout world, as opposed to knowing too much about the Elder Scrolls world...

I've played and beat all the Fallout games. Several times over for 1+2

1,2,Tactics, and my ex GF and I beat BoS together. I thought it was atrocious, but she enjoyed beating it with me. And I enjoyed explaining the whole Fallout story to her. Even got her to install F1 onto her Laptop and give it a try.

My brothers and I used to play Tactics together quite a bit as well, Multiplayer could be a lot of fun. A little boring if you used turnbased though.

Played FO1 in full a few times. Tried playing FO2 but then we had passed into the new millennium by a few years and it just felt old.

I've played Fallout 1 first time long ago (can't remember much).
But when Bethesda started work with FO3, I restarted FO1.

I've always liked post-apocalyptic games and movies (Madmax and such) but somehow I missed/forgot Fallout series
maybe becouse I did not liked so much RPG's when I played first Fallout.

I second the no mention of Wasteland.

I've played Wasteland, FO 1 & 2 but not Tactics or BoS.

I played Fallout 1, 2 and Brotherhood of Steel all the way through, all on the PC.

I played Wasteland, if I remember, on the Apple IIe. One of my favorites. I consider it as all the way through, because in the absolute last scene it crashed and wouldn't let me finish - and I still remember

Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics.

Played them all, beat them all, and still own them all.

Didn't even bother with BOS on the ps2 and xbox, I knew it would be terrible, and I was right. lol
