Had a 20GB launch console, now a 160GB Slim. I like it. Sony typically does right by their consoles and they're my second favorite console manufacturer next to Nintendo. That being said, between its somewhat rough start and an industry-wide push for multiplatform releases, the system fell quite short of its aspirations. Then again, as Terash Cas said, none of the home consoles have really thrilled me this generation.
I originally had one of the larger PS3s, but I experienced the YLOD and got a slim, afterwards. Playstation consoles have, since the first, been my gaming platform of choice, so I can most definitely say I will be buying a PS4, if it comes out, as well. I'm disappointed in the lack of a Kingdom Hearts III, though. Where the hell is that game?
It's still a ways off. The Kingdom Hearts team is wrapping up Final Fantasy Versus XIII in the next year or so, and all we know so far is that they've started looking into hardware for KHIII (whether they want to do it on PlayStation 3 or next generation consoles). For what it's worth, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep is currently the closest thing we've got to Kingdom Hearts III, and Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance for the Nintendo 3DS is the latest title chronologically (with the trailer showing bits from Kingdom Hearts II's ending), and its also supposed to be connected to Kingdom Hearts III in some way.
