How many hours have you spent on skyrim

Post » Tue Feb 16, 2016 9:08 am

According to Steam its 3695

Shockingly I have more in the Creation Kit 4847 although I will admit although its frequently open I'm not constantly working on it 100% of the time, unlike a game which doesn't make much sense to have it running if you're not actually playing it.

No idea really, since I don't play with steam online, but when I'm playing it's 10 to 12 hours a day, every day pretty much.... I took a break here and there, went back to WoW a few months after Skyrim released, then played RIFT a while, then Pillars of Eternity after I was done with RIFT, though I was still playing Skyrim off and on too, not to mention Oblivion. I'd estimate around 1k hours since release.

8-12 HOURS A DAY FOR A YEAR!???!!!!

HOLY SH----

I thought I was hardcoe being able to put 2-3 hours a day into Skyrim.

Do you people not go out to eat something or take walks or read books? There are many many many MANY different sources for your daily fantasy fix besides Skyrim.

Heck you people have 6 Elder Scrolls games to choose from. You're severely limiting your experiences by playing only Skyrim.

Remeber I had creation kit open an minimized for some weeks :)

Strangly I just have 600 or something hours on Skyrim according to Steam, it might be as I launch the game by starting SKSE, not sure if this is needed anymore but never bothered to check.

And its obviously wrong I have characters with more than 600 hours :)

Around 1400 hours give or take. Thought that was pretty decent but that's nothing compared to some of you guys. Lot of catching up to do!

Over 11k but probably under 14k so conservatively um. 12000 hours since release.

333 per Steam. Say another 200 on PS3. Have 45 hours on my latest toon I started 3 weeks ago after getting bored of Fallout 4. Doing Dawnguard for the first time and enjoying it. Lots of mods installed as well. I'll probably put at least another 100 hours into this toon and that's with no fast travel except carts.

About 650 since release, which I consider a lot since I'm a husband/father.

Some of "us people" have thousands of hours in all of them, dating back to the mid-90s. One can't really measure another person's situation by projecting from one's own behavior. :)

That's why I'm afraid to open the CK. I have a few ideas, that while I think wouldn't be too hard to implement, I think they'd take a long time. And I want to play :D

So true.......I have heard from a reliable source that other game titles do exist out there. Unfortunately I'm afraid I have zero interest unless it starts with word 'Skyrim'.

With around 12000 hours invested in the 'beautiful game' there seems no likely hood of me trying anything else anytime soon.

Of course......when TES 6 emerges......I will be saying the same about that, no doubt.

For the record before discovering Oblivion......I DID play other games. Grand Theft Auto was my fav franchise, but that seems a long time ago now :)

Some people are retired or for one reason or the other don't work... nice hobby Skyrim.

The Question was how many hour in Skyrim... not Oblivion or Other TES games....but 8K plus now in Skyrim...4k plus in Oblivion... 2k in Morrowind... at least 2k in Thedas, .. 5k in Albion ... 2 K in New Austin and other area's... maybe 500 hrs fighting along side Dante...

Reading... my "play book library" has over 200 all of them read.. in the last 3 yrs., more in the archive. Doesn't include the hard back book's I buy and trade....

I have a 40 hr a week job now... but... for a time traveled with my hubby ( truck drive/ equipment operator in the oil field) and had no job because we moved to much....so I had...time. Part time job with the Post Office...sometimes 40 hr's a week...sometimes none..for a while....again...lot's of time, I mostly read at the small post offices.

2 miles a day walking... 5 to 10 on days I don't work... I think well when walking and "write" my own book's in my head....some go to paper.. or pixels * cough* character stories thread.

I have a 40 hour job but at most my free time is 9hours a day. I play Skyrim for about 2 hours and then play something else.

I actually checked today and I'm at 3,426 hours.. It's not that mods take a while(some can depending on what you need in order to accomplish something), it's that modding is very addicting.

I've gotten to the point where I don't really distinguish between modding the game and playing the game anymore. Modding is an extension of playing and playing is an extension of modding. It's all fun to me. :)

Well I had at least 7,500 by jan 29th 2014, which is the day I got a PC and bought Skyrim for PC. And since then, I spend more time sorting mod lists, tweaking files and doing stuff than actually having the game loaded, so on PC, my ingame time is only around 1,600 hours. Gods, if only I played it how I used to back when I was an Xbox user.... 7am til at least 11pm almost daily, with the only breaks being important stuff. Heh

I can't even begin to estimate the time I've put into Skyrim. It's a lot, but I have no clue how many hours because TES games have a way of making you forget about things like what time it is.

Thats a good point actually I'd say not since I havn't used the Steam launcher for a very long time not too long after I purchased Legendary in 2014 infact. Come to think of it Steam's been offline for a long while too I hadn't noticed the count only increases when online
