Approx 6 hours per day approx 355 days per year (cos there's gotta be a day or two that family commitments get in the way) that's about 2100 hours over a year and it's been about 38 months, so I'd say approx............6500 hours.

The reason I squeeze so much time into Skyrim every day is that I hardly ever bother with TV, maybe an occasional movie. I have no interest in sitcoms, soaps, news, game shows or stand ups. My gaming fulfills my vicarious needs. Since Skyrim I've not had another game in my consoles. I've got a few older games that have never even been opened.
